Bowl update and my Top 25

A couple quick items to post as I make my way back to Seattle.
— First, on the bowls. As of 11 a.m. there is nothing official.
There are several different stories out there with several different scenarios. UW is going to either the Alamo or the Holiday, and it’s all up to the Alamo to decide. For every projection I see of UW to the Alamo I see one that says Holiday. From talking to a few people this morning, there still appears to be some uncertainty.
And it sounds as if it’s possible no one will know for sure until early afternoon. The official BCS meetings to formally invite the teams to those bowls isn’t until about 1 p.m.. our time and the Alamo Bowl will not make any decision until after that.
UW will have some official announcements once it knows later this afternoon.
— Also, here is my Top 25. No change at the top for me, though there was for some others with Auburn moving into the lead. Auburn was certainly impressive, and the good thing is that this will be settled on the field. But for the purposes of my poll, I didn’t see anything to move Oregon out of the top spot.
Here’s my entire ballot:

1, Oregon
2, Auburn
3, TCU
4, Stanford
5, Wisconsin
6, Ohio State
7, Oklahoma
8, Michigan State
9, Arkansas
10, Boise State
11, LSU
12, Virginia Tech
13, Oklahoma State
14, Texas A&M
15, Alabama
16, Nevada
17, Missouri
18, Nebraska
19, West Virginia
20, Mississippi State
21, Utah
22, San Diego State
23, Central Florida
24, South Carolina
25, Florida State
