A few quick notes on the way out the door this morning. …
— Much of this is probably old news to most of you who read this and other sites regularly, but for my story for today’s paper I tried to wrap up what UW has done in recruiting the last week.
— However, looks as if one part of that story may already have changed as Jeff Greer is reporting this morning that Luther Maddy will not make his trip to UW this weekend but will instead go to Virginia Tech. — Ted Miller updates recruiting news around the Pac-10, including noting that CB Stefan McClure chose Cal today, continuing the Bears’ impressive haul of defenders (and a lot at the expense of struggling UCLA, it appears).
— Miller also exmaines the recruiting needs for every team in the Pac-12 North.
— The San Francisco Chronicle examines how Stanford’s recruiting has been hurt by the loss of Jim Harbaugh.
— Rivals.com’s recruiting notebook includes an item on Bishop Sankey.
