Monday night notes

A few of you have asked how Jake Locker fared in the All-Star Football Challenge Friday.

I didn’t watch it and can’t find much on it that has the actual lresults other than this story that says Arkansas’ Ryan Mallett won it.

A few other links worth passing along. …

— Former Michigan QB Tate Forcier, who has said he will visit UW at some point, is taking his first visit to Miami. Here’s a look at how he could fit in there.

— SI.com’s list of its final Top 25 recruiting classes did not include UW, but did list Austin Seferian-Jenkins as one who got away from Texas.

— Very interesting breakdown from Rivals.com on which states produced the most Division-I signees. It also points out the long odds of landing a scholarship.

— The seventh-grader who committed to USC last year is still committed a year later, even though it sounds like the Trojans may be getting some competition.

All for now.
