Tuesday links — Reminder of chat with Greg Christine at noon

First off, a reminder that our live chat at noon today will feature a special guest in former Husky offensive lineman Greg Christine, a starter much of the past two years. This will be a great chance to get a player’s perspective on the Huskies and college football.

Also remember, practice is today at 4 p.m.. at Husky Stadium, open to the public. UW is expected to get into full pads today for the first time this spring, which is usually a fun one to attend.

Until then, a few other links. …

— CoachSark’s site has information on the UW football coaches clinic in a couple of weeks.

— CBSSports.com says interest is growing in Mason Foster.

— ProFootballTalk writes about Jake Locker declining an invite to the Draft, something that was actually also well-reported last week.

Bud Withers of our staff writes that the Fiesta Bowl’s issues could lead to it partnering with the Pac-12.

— The Oregonian has an update on the situation at Oregon.

— ESPN.com’s Ted Miller updates injuries around the Pac-12. He also lists the top bars and restaurants in Utah, useful for UW fans making the trip for the Oct. 1 game against the Utes (and suddenly, I’m really looking forward to that one).

— The Top 25 ballot of ESPN.com’s Adam Rittenberg includes only three Pac-12 teams, Oregon, Stanford and Arizona State (fixed from earlier).

— Breaking down Nebraska’s Top 10 position battles.

— One of my favorite sites, SmartFootball, lists the “seminal” offense and defenses for each decade.

All for now.
