Wednesday links — taking a statistical look at the Huskies

Not a lot to link out there this morning.

But what there is may take a while to get through, as FootballStudyHall.com targets the Huskies today in the latest of its season previews. These pieces take a detailed statistical look at the numbers of the last few years and try to project what it all means for the future. The general conclusion is one many of you have made here — that 2011 looks like a year to stay about the same before making a jump in 2012.

IN OTHER NEWS. …

— The National Football Post offers this spring review of the Huskies.

Gil Brandt of NFL.com lists his top 100 players for the 2012 NFL Draft. No Huskies, but lots of other Pac-12 players.

— UW is middle of the pack on Phil Steele’s list of returning starters.

— ESPN.com’s has some good, quick-read “hope and concern” capsules on all Pac-12 teams.

All for now.
