Thursday links — A look at UW’s future QBs

Washington QB commits Jeff Lindquist and Cyler Miles have each been competing at the Elite 11 camp this week drawing varying assessments from those watching.

Here’s a good wrapup from 247Sports.com noting that Miles had a particularly good day on Wednesday. ESPNRise.com, meanwhile, said Lindquist has impressed with his arm strength.

And Mason Kelley of our staff had a link the other day with some thoughts from recruiting analyst Tom Luginbill on Lindquist.

— Lots of good stuff here from Jon Wilner on the progress of the negotiations for the Pac-12 Network.

— ESPN.com’s Ted Miller examines whether Chris Polk can be a Heisman candidate, and lots of other stuff, in his chat today.

— NFL.com says the the pre-season could be particularly important for guys like Jake Locker (assuming the lockout ends soon).
