Wednesday night links — Foster gets paid, and more

A few items to pass along. …

— I’ll be a guest on the Mitch in the Morning Show on KJR-AM around 9:20 a.m. on Thursday talking UW/Pac-12 football.

Mason Foster reportedly received a signing bonus of $525,000.

Stewart Mandel of SI.com said UW could be an overachieving team this season in his latest mailbag.

— This is an ESPN Insider story, but Bruce Feldman lists Chris Polk No. 10 on his list of players who could take “the next step” this season.

— Here’s a look at some of UW’s southern California players from WaveNewspapers.

— The Orlando Sentinel has a Q-and-A with Polk.

Mason Kelley of our staff caught up with Jeff Lindquist, who talked about his experience at the Elite 11.

— Kelley also has a video interview of Joshua Garnett.

— Finally, here’s some video of UW coach Steve Sarkisian from Pac-12 Media Day, in which he says this is the “most complete team” he’s had in his time at UW and that “I feel good about where we are.”
