Updated roster released

The Huskies have released their official 2011 fall camp roster.

Here it is. (And here’s a PDF that has a little more detail).

A few quick notes — it includes Antavius Sims, indicating he is in. A JC transfer QB/athlete, he needed to finish some classes last week at Ventura (Calif.) College to get enrolled. The roster also includes LB Scott Lawyer, who had been thought sitting out this fall as a grayshirt. We’ll see if there’s a change in that — this indicates there is.

No omissions of scholarship players unless you count Daniel Kanczugowski, who as was reported here two weeks ago, is not eligible for this fall. One walk-on of some note also not returning is Marek Domanski.

UPDATE — Also, have gotten confirmation that Adam Long is not on the roster right now since he’s not reporting for fall camp while rehabbing an ACL injury. He is still on the team.

Among the new walk-ons is FB Travon Brooks of Oakland, who given the depth at that spot could get into the mix quickly.

The roster also includes updated heights and weights. A few notable weight changes: QB Nick Montana up to 203 from 191; OG Colin Porter up to 322 from 307; OT Ben Riva up to 300 from 275; DL Everrette Thompson up to 272 friom 244; DE Hau’oli Jamora up to 247 from 238; DT Lawrence Lagafuaina down to 329 from 344.

With the omission of Long, UW should be at 105 players on its fall camp roster.
