Video: Sarkisian after Friday practice

Friday’s practice has ended for UW, the first in full pads of camp.

In what is always the best news, there were no significant injuries.

There were a few highlights, among them what may be the hit of camp so far when Desmond Trufant roamed across the secondary to level tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins as he attempted to catch a Keith Price pass down the sideline (it fell incomplete).

Sarkisian talks about that in the video below, as well as some overall thoughts on the team needing to improve its pad level, James Johnson’s progress, Bishop Sankey, and Danny Shelton getting some work with the starting defense at tackle, which then moved Everrette Thompson to end.
