Another new Husky?

Looks that way as RealDawg.com and Scout.com are each reporting today that UW has received a commitment from linebacker Cory Littleton of Mount Miguel High School in Spring Valley, Calif.

Here is the Scout.com profile for Littleton, listed at 6-4, 220 pounds and rated as two stars and 141st nationally at his position. Scout.com also lists him as a defensive end, but he was quoted in a previous interview saying that UW planned to start him out at outside linebacker. Here is his Rivals.com page, listing offers from UCLA and Washington State, among other Pac-12 schools.

At Mount Miguel he is a teammate of Malcolm Jackson, who earlier committed to UW as a defensive end (here’s a blog post on Jackson from when he committed).

Littleton was among those who took an official visit to UW the weekend of the Oregon game.

He is the 19th known commit for UW’s Class of 2012.
