The Huskies are off the field following their Friday practice in the Dempsey Indoor.
Frankly, not a ton to report. It was a two-hour, full-pads workout, the second this week as the team begins heavy gameplanning for Baylor (Thomas Vincent appeared to be playing the role of Robert Griffin III for the scout team).
No real personnel news of note, and this was a day designed for UW coach Steve Sarkisian not to meet with the media so we don’t have much from him. Most of the interviews I did were for bowl preview stories down the road — we have a few days here to try to get those kinds of things done before the team takes another break and then leaves for San Antonio on Dec. 23.
I did get a few minutes of video below of UW defensive coordinator Nick Holt. During his session (though not on the video below) he confirmed that he is a first cousin of Peter Holt, the owner of the San Antonio Spurs.
Both the Huskies and Baylor will attend the Spurs game against Memphis on Dec. 26.
