The latest news and analysis on the Montlake Dawgs.

Monday morning notes

It’s another unseasonably beautiful spring day here in Seattle as the Huskies begin practice 12 of the spring.

I think they’ve only had two practices so far that have encountered much rain.

Sadly, the forecast for the rest of the week isn’t as good, including a 70 percent chance of “drizzle” on Seattle — and boy do I hate drizzle.

We may be a little later than normal to post stuff on here after practice as the school is holding a media briefing to update the Husky Stadium renovation. No real news expected, just a chance for media to take a look around, etc.

Also, we’re going to have Steve Sarkisian for a live chat here Wednesday at noon.

Now for a few links. …

Bud Withers is taking a post-spring look at every Pac-12 team on his Pac-12 Confidential blog. He begins today with USC.

— Former Husky QB Brock Huard writes that Keith Price may take a step back in 2012.

— ESPN.com’s Ted Miller rounds up all the Pac-12 weekend scrimmage news.

Christian Caple with a few other links around the Pac-12.

All for now.
