Wednesday morning notes

As I write this, the Huskies are on the field for the 13th practice of 15 this spring. UW has decided to close Friday’s workout to the media, so this is the last one we’ll have a chance to see this spring, other than Saturday’s Spring Game. So I’ll keep this blog post short.

Also, a reminder again of our scheduled live chat here with UW coach Steve Sarkisian at noon. That means some of the regular after-practice features on here may not show up until later in the day.

For now, a couple links worth passing along. …

Bud Withers wrote today about UW and WSU leading the charge of Pac-12 schools switching to a 3-4 defense.

— Here are some highlights of Danny O’Neil’s chat Tuesday with Chris Polk, Alameda Ta’amu and Kellen Moore.

— WSU concluded spring drills Tuesday. Christian Caple has news on that and a lot of other links around the conference.
