Seferian-Jenkins named to Phil Steele’s pre-season All-Pac-12 team

Phil Steele, who produces a college football preview magazine that is a favorite of many, has released his pre-season All-Pac-12 team today.

And his first team includes just one Husky — tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins.

Steele names four teams, and there are nine Huskies listed in all.

Those on the second team are — quarterback Keith Price (behind USC’s Matt Barkley) and cornerback Desmond Trufant.

Those on the third team are — receiver Kasen Williams, guard Erik Kohler, defensive end Josh Shirley and kick returner Kevin Smith.

And those on the fourth team are — center Drew Schaefer and safety Sean Parker.
