— As was widely reported, UW got a commitment from WR Darrell Daniels was reported to have had several other unofficial visitors on campus over the weekend including DE Joe Mathis and S Tahaan Goodman. But neither committed and both have indicated they will take their trips in the fall before making a decision/announcement.

— With the news of the Daniels commit, UW’s class is now rated 30th nationally and third in the Pac-12 by Scout.com (behind USC, 8, and UCLA 26).

— The Seattle Times examined on Sunday the 40th anniversary of Title IX. Included was my story on how UW has handled it through the years.

— UW commit Troy Williams competed at an Elite 11 regional camp but did not get an invite to the finals.
