All-Pac-12 Teams announced — Trufant on First Team, ASJ on Second Team

The All-Pac-12 Teams, as voted on by the conference’s coaches, have been announced.

Washington senior cornerback Desmond Trufant was named to the First Team, and tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins was named to the Second Team.

Trufant is the third UW player to be named to the First Team in the past three years, joining linebacker Mason Foster in 2010 and running back Chris Polk in 2011.

Ten other Huskies received honorable mention — linebacker Travis Feeney, safety Justin Glenn, defensive lineman Andrew Hudson, safety Sean Parker, running back Bishop Sankey, center Drew Schaefer, defensive Danny Shelton, linebacker Shaq Thompson, linebacker John Timu and receiver Kasen Williams.

Winning the major individual awards were:

Pat Tillman Defensive Player of the Year: Will Sutton, Arizona State
Freshman Offensive Player of the Year: Marcus Mariota, Oregon
Freshman Defensive Player of the Year: Leonard Williams, USC
