Has Colorado made a hire?

The Boulder Daily Camera is reporting this morning that Colorado has hired Mike MacIntyre of San Jose State as its new coach, replacing the fired Jon Embree. A few others are reporting this, as well.

If so, that would fill all the coaching jobs in the Pac-12 with Sonny Dykes having been hired last week at Cal to replace Jeff Tedford.

Here’s MacIntyre’s bio.

Not sure if he will bring along his entire staff. One member of his staff is well-known to UW fans, however — defensive coordinator Kent Baer, who was Washington’s DC from 2005-2007 before being fired.
