Friday links
With UW still a few days away, here are a few links to bide the time. …
— Desmond Trufant has moved into the Top 32 of ESPN draft guru Todd McShay.
— Trufant also mentioned here as one of the winners at the Combine.
— Trufant also was on KJR-AM 950 on Thursday morning.
— Football Study Hall has some interesting QB ratings that show the difficulty the Huskies had last year creating big plays in the passing game (issues I’ll continue to maintain were greater than just Keith Price).
— No UW mentions here, but here’s another interesting list of QBs who performed the best the last six years when their team was behind by 15 or more points.
— FanIQ.com doesn’t think much of UW’s chances this year.
— Former UW defensive coordinator Kent Baer now holds the same position at Colorado and has a big challenge with the Buffs.
— ESPN will broadcast Stanford’s Pro Day March 21. I’ve heard no plans for any broadcast of UW’s on March 13.
— Good stuff on Cal’s QB battle.
— Here’s Athlon’s spring preview of Arizona, a team UW will host this season. And here’s another look at Arizona.
