The Washington Huskies took to the field at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday for their fourth spring practice of the year. When they did, tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins was not present.
Seferian-Jenkins is being investigated for driving under the influence following a one-car accident Saturday night in north Seattle (details here).
Seferian-Jenkins suffered a nose injury in the accident and was taken to Harborview Medical Center on a backboard and in a neck collar.
This is the first practice since that incident. It is expected that UW coach Steve Sarkisian will address Seferian-Jenkins’ practice status after practice.
