Notes: Boise State returns 10 starters a 2012 team athat averaged 30.2 points per game, the lowest of Petersen’s tenure in Boise. “We have to score more points,” Petersen told the Idaho Statesman. … Southwick, after replacing Boise State great Kellen Moore, finished the 2012 season with nine touchdowns and no interceptions in his final four games. … The Broncos are again favored to win the Mountain West Conference.

Did you know? Boise State has not lost a game by more than four points since 2007 (39-27 loss at Hawaii).

Scheduling note today: Sarkisian and the Huskies will host their weekly press conference luncheon at noon today and then practice later in the afternoon.
