Morning links: How the Huskies are thriving in ‘controlled chaos’

Washington offensive lineman Ben Riva called the new offense “controlled chaos,” and the Huskies excelled in it against Boise State — to the tune of 592 yards and 38 points on 85 plays. Impressive debut indeed.

Here’s my look into how the Huskies are making it work between snaps. There are a lot of moving parts, and UW looks like it’s been running the hurry-up for years, not months.

Jerry Brewer with a nice read today on Keith Price and his relationship with Russell Wilson. Fast friends, certainly.

And Don James was resting comfortably in the hospital Thursday after two surgeries.
