UW-Stanford to kick off at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 5 for ESPN broadcast

The Washington-Stanford game on Oct. 5 will kick off at Stanford at 7:30 p.m. for an ESPN broadcast, it was announced this morning.

Stanford (3-0, 1-0 Pac-12) is ranked No. 5 in the AP poll this week after opening Pac-12 play with a 42-28 victory over No. 23 Arizona State. The Cardinal travel to Seattle this week to play Washington State at CenturyLink Field. That game will kick off at 7 p.m. on ESPN.

The Huskies (3-0) open conference play against Arizona (3-0) at 4 p.m. Saturday at Husky Stadium. That game will be televised nationally on FOX.

Last season at CenturyLink Field, UW upset No. 8 Stanford 17-13.
