The Washington-Oregon game will kick off inside Husky Stadium at 1 p.m. on Oct. 12 for a Fox Sports 1 national broadcast, it was announced Monday morning.

UW has announced the UO game will be a “blackout” in Husky Stadium. Expect the Huskies to debut those new black helmets and an all-black uniform that day.

The 15th-ranked Huskies enter this week 4-0 for the first time since 2001, with a showdown at No. 5 Stanford (4-0) this Saturday (7:30 p.m., ESPN).

No. 2 Oregon is also 4-0 entering its trip to Colorado this Saturday.

The buzz is that if the Huskies and Ducks both win this week, ESPN’s “College GameDay” crew will head to Seattle for the first time next week.
