Washington dropped four spots to No. 20 in The Associated Press Top 25 poll released this morning.
The Huskies were ranked No. 15 eight days ago, before back-to-back losses to top-five Stanford and Oregon. That their drop wasn’t more severe is a nod to the tough schedule and to overall strength of the Pac-12 this season.
Alabama is No. 1 and Oregon remains No. 2, and UCLA is 9. Stanford, meanwhile, dropped eight spots to No. 13 after its stunning loss at Utah.
Here’s a breakdown of the ballots for the Huskies, who were ranked as high and 10th (by Jon Wilner) and left off of 11 ballots.
Washington (4-2, 1-2 Pac-12) travels to Arizona State (4-2, 2-1) for a 3 p.m. kickoff Saturday on the Pac-12 Networks. The Sun Devils received seven votes from the AP after their 54-13 rout of Colorado on Saturday.
