Huskies ranked No. 25 in final AP poll of 2013 season

Washington finished ranked No. 25 in the final Associated Press poll for the 2013, the first time UW has been ranked to end a season since the 2001 team finished at No. 19.

The Huskies finished 9-4 during the 2013 season, capped by a 31-16 victory over BYU in the Fight Hunger Bowl. Their nine wins is the program’s most since that 2001 season.

The full poll following Monday night’s BCS Championship Game:

1. Florida State (60) — 14-0 record, 1500 points

2. Auburn — 12-2, 1428

3. Michigan State — 13-1, 1385

4. South Carolina — 11-2, 1247

5. Missouri — 12-2, 1236

6. Oklahoma — 11-2, 1205

7. Alabama — 11-2, 1114

8. Clemson — 11-2, 1078

9. Oregon — 11-2, 974

10. UCF — 12-1, 959

11. Stanford — 11-3, 936

12. Ohio State — 12-2, 816

13. Baylor — 11-2, 778

14. LSU. 10-3, 717

15. Louisville. 12-1, 693

16. UCLA — 10-3, 632

17. Oklahoma State — 10-3, 598
