Huskies get commitment from receiver Andre Baccellia

The Huskies have picked up their ninth recruiting commitment for the Class of 2015, the latest from wide receiver Andre Baccellia of Westlake High School (Westlake Village, Calif.).

Baccellia, a Scout.com three-star recruit, chose UW over Washington State. He recently made unofficial visits to both schools.

According to his Hudl page, Baccellia is 5 feet 11 and 170 pounds. Follow that link for his junior year highlights.

“I think my biggest assets are my speed and my explosiveness,” Baccellia told Scout.com earlier this summer. “I haven’t run an electronic 40 yet, but my coaches hand-timed me at 4.44 and, honestly, I think I play faster than that.

“I’m really quick out of my breaks, that’s something that I have worked on all my life, and I have good hands.”
