Shaq Thompson, Hau’oli Kikaha named UW’s defensive MVPs; Dwayne Washington named offensive MVP

Linebackers Shaq Thompson and Hau’oli Kikaha were named co-MVPs on defense and running back Dwayne Washington was named the offensive MVP during the Huskies’ year-end banquet Sunday evening.

Senior nose tackle Danny Shelton was presented the Guy Flaherty Award as the team’s most inspirational player, and Travis Feeney was named the special teams MVP.

Shelton and Kikaha were also named co-winners of 101 Club Academic Achievement Award.
