As he says, a top priority during his seven-week stint there is to get faster. He hopes to run somewhere in the 4.4 range during the NFL combine next month. (If he does that, he’ll have every NFL team drooling over him.) The Sacramento Bee’s Joe Davidson‘s is chronicling Shaq and Arik Armstead’s path to the NFL. Cool story. CBS Sports’ Rob Rang has three Huskies going in the top 20 of his mock draft. Lynden’s Bryce Sterk on Sunday became the eighth in-state recruit (and 24th overall) to commit to UW. Another small-school defensive player, Steilacoom’s Fotu Leiato, committed to Oregon on Sunday. All indications were that UW did not offer him a scholarship. Blessed to say that this morning I committed to the University of Washington, thank you for all the support that you have given me #GODAWGS — Bryce Sterk (@Bsterk72) January 25, 2015 Comments
