A new Husky

We have been able to independently confirm that the Huskies do have a new player in the ranks — Justin Holiday, a small forward from North Hollywood, Calif.
Here’s a scouting profile of Holiday.
He’s the third member of the class of 2007 along with Isaiah Thomas and Matthew Bryan-Amaning. Yes, that theoretically gives UW 14 scholarships for the 2007-08 season, but as we discussed here recently, the coaches say they won’t give out a scholarship without knowing they will have one available.
To add to the intrigue, word is the Huskies are still recruiting Darnell Gant and will take him if he commits.
As for Holiday, his commitment could have far-reaching implications. His younger brother, Jrue Holiday, is considered one of the top recruits in the Class of 2008 and is considering UW.
