Where’s Zane Potter?

The only bad thing about a blowout like this is turning out to be is that the Huskies don’t have any of those walk-ons who it’s fun to see get in the game once it’s soundly in control, as was the case with Potter and a few others the last few years.
But it is nice to see Brandon Burmeister get all that time. He’s had some injury trouble so far with a foot and a concussion, so it’s a plus for UW to get him rounded into shape. There could be some nights this year when he’s needed.
BTW, you might have seen UW run off the court in the opposite direction at halftime from where it has in years past. The Huskies are using a temporary locker room in the other end of the arena while their regular locker room is renovated. That renovation also includes a new team room that will not only be more comfortable for the current players, but that coaches also hope will help in recruiting.
