Perry quits

Freshman guard Harvey Perry has decided to transfer over a lack of playing time.
Perry didn’t practice with the team on Friday and then met with coaches, and then decided to leave the team.
Perry hadn’t been playing much and that was apparently the crux of the issue.
UW coach Lorenzo Romar said today that Perry leaves with no hard feelings.
“Obviously we wish him the best because there is definitely no ill will on
our end toward Harvey,” Romar said. “We wish it could have worked out,
but sometimes these things happen. Harvey hasn¹t made contact with any other schools. He said that he plans to inish this quarter and then transfer.”
Washington¹s fall quarter ends Dec. 8 with final exams the following week
that conclude Dec. 15.
