Huskies drop in polls; Oregon finally ranked

The new polls are out, and as would be expected, the Huskies have slipped following their first loss of the season.
Here’s the AP poll, in which the Huskies are 17th, and the coaches’ rankings, in which the Huskies fell six spots to 14th.
The undefeated Oregon Ducks, meanwhile, have finally cracked the Top 25, following an impressive win Saturday over Nebraska, 68-56.
The Pac-10 now has a record of 64-15 against non-conference opponents. At one of the top RPI sites, www.kenpom.com, two Pac-10 teams are currently No. 1 (Arizona) and No. 2 (UCLA) in the RPI.
Definitely looks like the going will be tough for the Huskies once Pac-10 play gets under way.
