Holiday update

Here’s what I’m hearing about Jrue Holiday’s planned unofficial visit to Washington this week.
Reportedly, while the rest of the family is traveling this weekend to help older brother Justin — who has already signed with UW and will be a freshman for the Huskies next season — move to Seattle, Jrue isn’t coming up just yet.
Instead, Jrue is expected to visit his brother and the rest of the family in Seattle on Thursday, then head to Portland to play in the Rose City Showcase next weekend (more details on that event here).
Jrue Holiday is rated by Scout.com as the No. 3 player in the country for the Class of 2008 compared by to Dwyane Wade in style.
There had been speculation that he would spend much of the week in Seattle, or at least this weekend or next weekend. But I’m not sure if the fact that it sounds like he may be here only a day or two at most means anything.
He has said that his two finalists are UW and UCLA, though there have been reports in recent days that he is a strong lean toward UCLA, especially after having recently had a visit to Westwood. But Jrue Holiday himself has said little to publicly to indicate a favorite one way or the other — in fact, the story that he’d narrowed his list to two came from his mom, and not Jrue.
