Adrian Oliver update

Rivals.com recently caught up with former Husky Adrian Oliver (you can access the story here though it is part of the site’s premium content).
In the story, Oliver said he is checking out San Jose State this weekend and is also looking at Cal, Fresno State and Pacific, all schools close to his hometown of Modesto.
There are a couple of interesting comments from Oliver about his UW tenure, notably that he wanted to play primarly the two guard while the Huskies were hoping to use him more at the point.
“It is tough,” he said. “You play a certain position for 15 years of your life and now you have to change.”
Oliver also said that his relationship with Lorenzo Romar “was tested” the last few months and that “perhaps we aren’t as tight as we used to be. But I think there’s a lot of respect between us. I know he understood my situation.”
Oliver said he expects to make a decision on a new school by mid-January.
