The latest news and analysis on Husky men's hoops.

A couple quick post-game notes

The general theme after this one was that the Huskies simply came out and played more aggressively in the second half.
“That was a great gutcheck win for us,” said UW coach Lorenzo Romar.
It was UW’s biggest comeback win since — you might have guessed — the memorable comeback against Oregon State in 2004 that sparked that team to the NCAA Tournament. UW was down 16 today late in the first half — that day they were down 16 with just over six minutes to go in the game.
The Huskies will spend the night here and fly back tomorrow morning, actually not getting in until about 4 p.m. or so. Then they will practice for Monday’s game against Idaho State, the final non-conference game of the season.
