Big weekend for Isaiah Thomas

Maybe what the Huskies could also have used this season is a little dose of Isaiah Thomas, who might have been on the roster this season if not for some academic troubles.
The 5-8 guard is instead spending one more year at South Kent (Ct.) Prep School where he is having a big year, having just completed a weekend where he averaged 32.3 points in three games.
On Friday night, Thomas scored 43 points in a win over Notre Dame Prep, which is rated as the No. 6 team in the country. As the story says, he apparently had a big second half.
On Saturday night, Thomas scored 30 points in a win over Edison Academy.
And on Sunday, he scored 24 points in another win over Edison.
Thomas has already signed a letter-of-intent to attend UW next season.
