NBA, NCAA want to reform youth basketball

Here’s a good story about some interesting news coming today as the NBA and NCAA are announcing a partnership to try to overhaul youth basketball.
Sounds like they have noble intentions, anyway, though if the NBA can’t figure out a way to make a franchise work in Seattle not sure how it is going to be able to overhaul youth basketball. And I always look toBilly Packer when I want some fresh, innovating thinking about basketball.
Guess I’m saying I’d like to see some details first.
But getting the two sides working together on something like this can only be a good thing. UW fans probably hope the first thing they address is free throw shooting.
