Nothing yet on Breshers, Aguilar

Word tonight passed along from UW coach Lorenzo Romar that there is no decision yet on whether Tyreese Breshers will play this season or redshirt.
Romar had hoped to have an answer this week, but doesn’t. According to the UW PR staff, Breshers went though practice today (at least the halfcourt portion) and looked good though he still appeared a little sore, but not overly.
Romar also had nothing yet on Devin Aguilar, who is not with the team. The freshman WR for the football team had stated he would like to be a walk-on for the basketball team — he was an all-state player in Colorado. But he has yet to do so, with Romar saying he needed to talk to new football coach Steve Sarkisian first.
UW hosts Portland State Sunday night at 5 p.m. when maybe there will be clearer word on Breshers.
