Friday a.m. links

It may be Friday the 13th, but these links aren’t scary. …
— The Oregonian’s Paul Buker writes the first half was terrific, and then the wheels fell off for the Beavers. Seems to happen a lot to UW opponents this year. …
Mike Tokito, also of The Oregonian, says the game shows how wide the talent gap still is between OSU and the top of the Pac-10.
— The AP story focuses on Justin Dentmon.
— UW’s opponent tomorrow, Oregon, was simply killed in Pullman. Here are stories from The Spokesman-Review and The Oregonian and the Eugene Register-Guard.
— Times columnist Steve Kelley writes today about Martell Webster, raising the question —- do you consider him a Husky?
— Former UW assistant Ken Bone was ejected last night as Portland State lost to Idaho State. The Vikings are struggling to stay at the top of the Big Sky.
Nick Daschel of Buster Sports has some interesting notes around the league, including one that he says indicates that Ernie Kent may be safe, no matter how bad Oregon is this year.
— In the big game in the Pac-10 last night, ASU beat UCLA, and according to the Arizona Republic, gave proof that big things may still be ahead for the Sun Devils this year. The L.A. Times says UCLA’s players don’t know how to explain what happened.
— Finally, the UW athletic department Twitter page says a few tickets are still available for tomorrow.
All for now.
