NCAA announces a few rules changes

None of these are really major, but the NCAA has announced a few rules changes for next season.
Here’s a link.
The changes include using replay to determine if a flagrant foul occurred and some clarifications on how officials call contact under the basket. Maybe most interesting, if something that doesn’t happen all that often, is that if a player is injured before shooting free throws, the opposing coach now gets to pick which of the four remaining players gets to shoot instead of how it has been for years, that the coach of the injured player gets to pick.
