Dollar speaks on Garcia

In case you missed it, new Seattle University coach Cameron Dollar was on KJR-AM earlier today speaking mostly about the NBA Draft.
But he also was asked about the situation with Charles Garcia, who was denied admission to UW and will play at Seattle U. instead.
Dollar confirmed Garcia will play at Seattle U and said that “he is a wonderful kid who has done a really good job in the class room. He took the second half of this year off to just strictly concentrate on his academics. So I don’t particularly get into on or off the air individual kids’ academic situations. But we have a wonderful university that has high standards in all areas and we are excited to have him come into the fold of what we are doing and it’s going to be fun to see him when the season starts.”
Speaking of Dollar, the Bremerton Sun had this column today on a talk he made to a group there on Wednesday.
