Getting to know West Virginia and Missouri

Traveling back to Seattle today with the family. I’ll post as much as I can about today’s games, especially the matchup that’s important to Washington: No. 2 West Virginia vs. No. 10 Missouri.
— The Huskies took a charter home Saturday night. There’s no media availability today and the players have the day off. I’m guessing they’ll rest and watch the games like everyone else.
— Here’s our advance of the game.
— Missouri’s Zaire Taylor tells the Kansas City Star the Big 12 is just as good if not better than the Big East.
— West Virginia coach Bob Huggins also pondered the supremacy of the Big 12 and Big East. He favors the Big East.
“When I was in it, I probably would have said (the Big 12 was the best conference),” Huggins said. “But now I’m not. You have to experience the Big East to appreciate what it is.”
— The Washington Post previews the West Virginia and Missouri game.
