No. 11 Washington will play No. 2 West Virginia in the third round of the NCAA tournament. The game will be played 4:27 p.m. Thursday at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, NY.
The Mountaineers beat No. 10 Missouri 68-59 today to advance.
West Virginia is led by 6-7 senior F Da’Sean Butler (above, center), who scored a game-high 28 points today. He leads the Mountaineers in scoring (17.3) and assists (3.3). Sophomore F Devin Ebanks leads the team with a 8.4 rebounding average.
