What Can We Learn From This Video?

Terrence Jones kept his college decision a secret during the long recruiting period so it’s not surprising there’s little information being leaked out less than 48 hours after he committed to Washington, but didn’t sign a national letter of intent.
Still there’s this video of his announcement on Friday courtesy of the Oregonian. I must have looked at this a half a dozen times and each time I draw a different conclusion.
