Poll position: UW moves up in rankings after 54-point win

Following its 118-64 victory over McNeese State, Washington moves up two spots to No. 15 in the USA Today/ESPN coaches poll.
The Huskies also gained ground in the Associated Press poll, moving into a tie at No. 17 with Baylor. Last week they were 18.
UW remains the only Pac-10 team in the top 25 rankings, however, Arizona and UCLA received some votes.
Maui Invitational contestants Michigan State stays at No. 2 in both polls and Kentucky is 12 in AP and 13 in the coaches’ list.
