LIVE CHAT REMINDER: We started hosting live chats on Mondays a couple of weeks ago and it seems to be a good day for a Washington men’s basketball conversation. The feedback has been mostly positive so let’s continue with it today at 11 a.m. Bring your questions, comments and whatever else you have in mind.
Until then, here’s a poll question to start the week.
Plenty of upheaval in the Pac-10 where the conference winner looked as if it was a two-team race between Washington and Arizona.
Well that’s certainly changed.
Arizona, winner of eight of the past nine games, has pulled away ever so slightly. UCLA, is 1 1/2 games back and the Bruins are 7-1 in the past eight games.
We’ll see how far the Huskies have truly stumbled this week. Sure they were swept in three road games, but if they start losing at home – where they’re 11-0 this season – then it’s time to re-think those postseason plans.
And don’t look now, but defending champion California, which was supposed to be too young to repeat, is still hanging around. So is Washington State, which has four of the last conference games at home. **Corrected 10:24 a.m.**
Here’s a look at the Pac-10 standings.
Okay simple question: Who wins it all?
Follow me on Twitter for the top 25 updates. I’m guessing UW tumbles out of the rankings.
See you at 11.
