It hardly matters now, but Washington returns to top 25

Rankings don’t matter anymore. This time of year seeding is much more important. But for those who follow the opinion of college basketball writers you’d be interested to know Washington returned to the top 25 in the Associated Press poll.
After winning the Pac-10 Tournament, the Huskies climbed to No. 23 in the rankings. They didn’t receive a vote the previous week.
Arizona, which lost to UW 77-75 in overtime Saturday, is 17.
