Problems at Oregon: Ducks lose another freshman guard

Oregon coach Dana Altman lost another freshman guard in the span of nine days. Bruce Barron, the younger brother of former Washington player Justin Dentmon, has quit the team less than two weeks after Jabari Brown left the program.
Brown was a consensus three-star recruit according to the major recruiting sites. The Carbondale, Illinois native has appeared in three games. He averaged seven minutes per game and has three points and five assists for the season.
Oregon has 13 players on the roster.
And if you’re scoring at home, six players have transferred since Altman took over in June 2010. The others include: Martin Seiferth, Teondre Williams, Malcolm Armstead and Jamil Wilson.
Michael Dunigan left the team last year before Altman was hired.
