UW target Jabari Bird schedules visits

Jabari Bird told Adam Zagoria he plans to visit Washington on Sept. 29.
The 6-6 guard from Richmond, Calif. trimmed his list to four schools and eliminated Arizona.
At the moment, the Huskies are the last school he’s going to visit. The others include: California (Sept. 1); Colorado (Sept. 8) and Oregon (Sept. 22).
Bird told Zagoria he talks to Aaron Gordon, his summer league teammate and a consensus top 5 recruit, about playing together in college – possibly at Washington.
“Yeah, we definitely mentioned it to each other all the time,” Bird said. “We hopefully plan on going to the same school on the college level, which is one of the reasons why Washington is one of my favorites.”
