Report: Jayhawks visit Aaron Gordon today

Kansas coach Bill Self will visit Aaron Gordon at his San Jose home today, according to Adam Zagoria.
The visit is sandwiched between Gordon’s official trip to Oregon last week and his trip to Washington this week.
In an interview with 247sports.com’s Matt Prehm, Gordon gushed about Oregon’s facilities, particularly Matthew Knight Arena.
“I was very impressed by Oregon’s new arena and their training room,” he said. “They have everything you need to get better and they take care of you well.”
Gordon has strong connections with the Pac-12 teams on his list (UW, Oregon and Arizona), but doesn’t appear to be as familiar with the Jayhawks. The meeting with Self is Gordon’s last in-home visit. He’s also being recruited by Kentucky.
After this week’s trip to Washington, Gordon has scheduled visits to Kansas (Oct. 11) and Arizona (Oct. 18). He also wants to visit Kentucky, but hasn’t finalized travel plans.
TUESDAY MORNING LINKS:
Eamonn Brennan at ESPN.com said Reggie Moore was inefficient player, but dismissing the senior guard is a blow for Washington State.
Jeff Goodman at CBSsports.com put together a list of the 445 transfers. At least eight are coming to the Pac-12, including Washington’s Perris Blackwell and Giles Dierickx. In the conference, USC and Oregon has relied heavily on transfers.
— Not necessarily Pac-12 related, but interesting to note the NCAA is investigating Saint Mary’s for possible recruiting violations. In an email to USA TODAY Sports, the Gaels said they’re working with the NCAA.
